La consultation a pour objet des prestations de maintenance des aires de jeux du territoire communal de Saint-Joseph. L'ensemble des jeux concernés sont de marque : KOMPAN. La forme retenue est celle de l'accord-cadre exécuté au moyen de bons de commande en application des articles R.2162-2, R.2162-4 à R.2162-6 et R.2162-13 à R.2162-14 du Code de la Commande Publique. Il s'agit en l'espèce d'un accord-cadre mono-attributaire. Les prestations sont réparties en deux (02) lots désignés ci-après qui donneront chacun lieu à un marché distinct.
