Les prestations font l'objet d'un accord-cadre à bons de commande, mono-attributaire avec seulement un montant maximum fixé en valeur à l'acte d'engagement. Le Département de la Manche, dans un souci de promotion de l'emploi et de lutte contre l'exclusion, a décidé de faire application des dispositions de l'article L.2112-2 du code de la commande publique en incluant dans la présente consultation une clause obligatoire d'insertion par l'activité économique.
