La présente consultation a pour objet l'exécution de prestations de nettoyage des équipements culturels. - le musée de Grenoble (lot n°1) - le muséum d'histoire naturelle (lot n°2) - la tour Perret (lot n°3) - le Palais des Sports (lot n°4) - la salle Olivier Messiaen (lot n° 5) Les lots 1,2,3 et 4 sont passés en procédure formalisée. Le lot 5, est passé en procédure adaptée « petit lot ». Pour ce lot, le pouvoir adjudicateur se réserve le droit de négocier dans les conditions précisées au règlement de consultation L'accord-cadre sera exécuté par l'émission de bons de commande. Chaque lot fera l'objet d'une attribution séparée. Les prestations sont réglées par des prix unitaires. Les montants estimatifs sont indicatifs et comprennent la totalité des périodes de reconduction
