Ce marché s'inscrit dans le cadre de l'EDEC « transition écologique et énergétique » signé au niveau national et dans le cadre d'un EDEC signé par l'OPCO au niveau territorial en Normandie en lien avec la DREETS sur la thématique. Il vise à expérimenter un accompagnement structuré des entreprises articulant les démarches de transformation des entreprises en lien avec la transition écologique et énergétique et les enjeux RH-développement des compétences associés à ces transformations. Cet accompagnement comprend un outillage de l'entreprise et constitue un levier pour le développement de la formation à destination des salariés des entreprises accompagnées (promotion de SeleXion et des critères de prises en charge définis par les branches professionnelles pour accompagner le développement des compétences des salariés et favoriser leur maintien dans l'emploi)
