Il comporte une partie traitée à prix unitaires et une partie traitée à prix forfaitaires. La partie forfaitaire correspond à : o la maintenance, surveillance, et entretien (P2) ; o le gros entretien et garantie totale (P3). La partie à bons de commande correspond : o aux prestations complémentaires non prévues dans la partie forfaitaire. La partie à bons de commande de l'accord-cadre s'exécute au fur et à mesure de la survenance du besoin via l'émission de bons de commande, conformément aux dispositions des articles R.2162-1 à R.2162-6, R.2162-13 et R.2162-14 du code de la commande publique. La partie à bons de commande est conclue conformément à l'article R.2162-4-2° sans minimum et avec un maximum fixé annuellement à 200 000 euro(s) HT soit 600 000 euro(s) HT sur toute la durée de l'accord-cadre.
