Le présent accord-cadre a pour objet la mise à disposition en location, la rotation, la pesée et le déchargement de caissons et compacteurs situés sur le territoire du SIOM de la Vallée de Chevreuse, ci-après dénommé " SIOM ". Le marché public est un accord-cadre mono-attributaire à bons de commandes (prix unitaires uniquement), sans minimum et avec un maximum annuel de 525 000 euros HT. Le marché est conclu à compter de sa date de notification jusqu'au 31 décembre 2026. Il pourra être ensuite reconduit d'année en année, de manière tacite, le titulaire ne pouvant refuser la reconduction. En cas de reconductions successives, sa durée totale ne pourra excéder quatre ans, à compter de sa date de notification.
