Pour chaque lot, accord-cadre conclu pour une période initiale qui court à compter du 1/06/26 (ou à la date de notification de l'accord-cadre si postérieure au 1/06/26) jusqu'au 31/05/27 inclus. Pour chaque lot, pour chaque chantier, délai plafond d'exécution des BC fixé à 90 jours par l'Acheteur, sauf stipulation particulière dans le BC. Le titulaire devra se conformer au planning général initial d'exécution des travaux, aux plannings généraux complémentaires des travaux et le cas échéant, aux plannings d'exécution hebdomadaires. Le Maitre d'Ouvrage se réserve la possibilité d'émettre des BC uniquement pour la livraison des enrobés à l'émulsion stockables prévus aux prix n°7-1 et 7-2 du B.P.U. pour chaque lot=Délai plafond spécifique pour la livraison fixé par l'Acheteur à 5 jours
