France – Travaux de construction – Contrat de concession de travaux relative à la rénovation, l’exploitation, l’entretien et la valorisation de 4 bâtiments et espaces extérieurs situés dans le Parc de Bagatelle (Bois de Boulogne, Paris 16e)

This tender concerns a works concession contract for the renovation, operation, maintenance and enhancement of four buildings and outdoor spaces in Bagatelle Park, located in the Bois de Boulogne, Paris 16th arrondissement. The concessionaire will be responsible for all renovation works, ongoing facility management, and valorization activities.

Bidders must have proven experience in building renovation, facility management, and park operations. Financial capacity to fund and manage the renovation and long-term operation is essential. Demonstration of technical expertise in heritage site management is required.

Established construction, property management, or facilities services companies with experience in heritage building renovation and park management. Consortia of specialized firms may also be eligible.

The buyer is Ville de Paris.
