La procédure de passation utilisée est l'appel d'offres ouvert. Elle est soumise aux dispositions des articles L.2124-2, R. 2124-2 1° et R. 2161-2 à R. 2161-5 du Code de la commande publique. Le marché est conclu avec un montant maximum 100 000 euro(s) HT pour la partie à bons de commande sur la durée globale du marché (60 mois). Le présent marché a pour objet la réalisation des prestations d'entretien et de maintenance des ascenseurs du patrimoine de l'OPH65. Il comprend : - des prestations « préventives » (visite périodique de maintenance, dépannage, astreinte) - et des prestations « curatives », commandées au fur et à mesure des besoins. Les prestations, objet du présent marché seront rémunérées sur la base d'un prix -Annuel global et forfaitaire -Unitaire, moyennant bon de commande établi sur la base du Bordereau de Prix Unitaires (BPU) du Prestataire. La durée du marché est fixée à 1 an renouvelable 4 fois
