Il s'agit d'un accord mixte multi-attributaires (2 lots) pour les Missions de Contrôle technique, et de Coordination Sécurité et Protection de la Santé (SPS) , pour les besoins de la ville de Cenon. La procédure de passation utilisée est : l'appel d'offres ouvert. Elle est soumise aux dispositions des articles L. 2124-2, R. 2124-2 1° et R. 2161-2 à R. 2161-5 du Code de la commande publique. L'accord-cadre avec maximum est passé en application des articles L2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 à R. 2162-6 à 2162-14 du Code de la commande publique. Il donnera lieu à l'émission de bons de commande et à la conclusion de marchés subséquents.
