Le lycée Blaise Pascal se situe au 18-20 rue Alexandre Fleming dans la commune d'Orsay dans le département de l'Essonne (91), accolé au collège Alexandre Fleming. L'établissement a été construit en 1960 pour les bâtiments A, C et D, en 1980 pour le bâtiment B, l'ensemble possède une surface utile de 15 175 m². Les bâtiments A, C et D ont été conçus dans les années 1960 et sont du même registre architectural. Puis, a été construit le bâtiment E accueillant deux gymnases dans les années 80. Le bâtiment B, diffère des autres bâtiments par son architecture, il a été construit en 1992 et est communiquant avec le bâtiment A via une passerelle. En 1996, l'ensemble du lycée Blaise Pascal a été rénové. Le lycée accueille actuellement 1335 élèves. Le programme est présenté au règlement de consultation.
