La présente consultation a pour objet l'extension et la maintenance du réseau de vidéoprotection de la ville de Levallois, ainsi que l'extension du réseau fibre optique existant. Les prestations objet du marché seront totalement réalisées sur le territoire communal. La description des prestations attendues, leurs spécifications et les informations administratives du marché sont précisées au sein du Cahier des Clauses Administratives Particulières (CCAP) commun aux deux lots, ainsi que du Cahier des Clauses Techniques Particulières (CCTP) propre à chaque lot. Les présents marchés sont soumis au Code de la Commande Publique. Ce document est désigné par les termes « le Code » dans l'ensemble des pièces de la consultation. Qualifiés de marché de travaux, ils sont régis par les dispositions du Cahier des Clauses Administratives Générales applicable aux marchés publics de travaux, approuvé par l'arrêté du 30 mars 2021. Ils sont passés sous la forme de marchés à procédure adaptée ouverte en application de l'article R.2123-1 1° du Code.
