La présente consultation concerne des prestations de balayage et nettoiement des voies communales de la commune de Montfrin. Il s'agit d'un marché composite correspondant pour partie à un marché ordinaire et pour partie à un accord-cadre à bons de commande. Le marché est constitué : - d'une partie à prix global et forfaitaire pour les prestations régulières de nettoiement, - d'une partie à bons de commande, pour les prestations non prévues au forfait, en raison de l'impossibilité pour le pouvoir adjudicateur de définir le rythme et l'étendue des besoins.
