Il est décomposé en deux lots : Lot n°1 Etudes pour la requalification du bras mort du canal de Beuvry - exutoire de la Loisne sur le territoire de la Communauté d'agglomération Béthune-Bruay, Artois Lys Romane, pour un montant maximum de 320 000 Euros HT et Lot n°2 Etudes pour la Limitation des apports au canal bief Cuinchy / Fontinettes - Cours d'eau de la Loisne sur le territoire de la Communauté d'agglomération Béthune-Bruay, Artois Lys Romane, pour un montant maximum de 280 000 Euros HT. L'accord-cadre est conclu pour une durée de 24 mois à compter de sa date de notification.
