This tender concerns construction works to be procured by Alter Cités under an adapted procedure with negotiation possibilities for all candidates on each lot, as permitted under French public procurement law.

Suppliers must be capable of executing construction works and able to participate in negotiation rounds for their selected lot(s) under the adapted procedure framework.

Construction companies or general contractors with experience in building works and ability to negotiate terms under French public procurement rules.
