Le présent marché a pour objet la réalisation de service d’assurances de personnes. Conformément aux articles L2113-1 et L2113-10 du Code de la commande publique, le marché a été alloti en 2 lots. Ces lots concernent : - Lot 1 : Assurance Prévoyance - Lot 2 : Assurance Complémentaire santé
Lot 1 : Assurance Prévoyance
Mise en place de garanties de prévoyance, en faveur du personnel de CHOOSE PARIS REGION répondant aux conditions d’admission pour les garanties souscrites, afin de lui octroyer un droit au paiement des prestations, à la charge de l’assureur, en cas de survenance des risques suivants : • Baisse du salaire consécutive à une incapacité temporaire de travail, • Invalidité permanente, • Décès ou IAD (Invalidité Absolue et définitive), • Décès ou IAD accidentel, • Rente éducation, • Rente de conjoint survivant, • Rente d'attente temporaire.
Lot 2 : Complémentaire santé
Le marché a pour objet d’accorder une participation complémentaire aux régimes de base de la Sécurité Sociale en cas de frais médicaux, chirurgicaux et d’hospitalisation, dans la limite des frais réellement engagés par les bénéficiaires (frais occasionnés par une maladie, une maternité ou un accident). Avertissement : Le présent contrat est un « contrat solidaire et responsable » au sens des articles L. 871-1 et R. 871-2 du Code de la sécurité sociale.
