La présente consultation a pour objet l'exploitation, la maintenance et l'entretien des installations de chauffage, production d'Eau Chaude Sanitaires (ECS), de traitement d'air, de ventilation, de surpresseur d'eau froide, de climatisation et de groupes électrogènes pour l'ensemble du patrimoine de GRANDLYON HABITAT. Il comprend la fourniture d'énergie. Le marché est conclu pour une durée de six (6) ans ferme à compter du 01/01/2027 (ou à compter de la date de notification si celle-ci est postérieure au 01/01/2027) jusqu'au 31/12/2032. Il sera attribué un marché par lot, à prix mixtes, révisables. En cas de candidature groupée, le mandataire du groupement sera obligatoirement solidaire de chacun des membres du groupement. Compte tenu du nombre de sites par lot et du nombre d'interventions de déplacement quotidien, un candidat ne pourra pas se voir attribuer plus de 2 lots dans le cadre de ce marché
