Le marché a pour objet l'entretien des différents espaces verts de la commune de Courbevoie ainsi que l'élagage et l'abattage des arbres, de la petite maçonnerie paysagère, l'arrosage manuel, le désherbage / débroussaillage. La consultation est passée par Appel d'offres ouvert en application des articles L.2124-2, R.2124-2 1° et R.2161-2 à R.2161-5 du CCP. La consultation donnera lieu à la conclusion de quatre accords-cadres mono-attributaires à bons de commandes, traités à prix unitaires. L'ensemble des accords-cadres sera conclu sans montant minimum et avec des montants maximum selon les lots
