Le marché est décomposé en 7 lots en corps d'états séparés. Le(s) délai(s) d'exécution est fixé dans le marché et ne peut en aucun cas être changé(s). À titre d'information, le démarrage du chantier est prévu pour : DÉCEMBRE 2026. Délai global de l'opération : 27 mois période de préparation incluse (3 mois) à compter de l'ordre de service de démarrage de chantier. Il sera attribué un marché à prix global et forfaitaire révisable, pour le lot 2, confié à une entreprise unique ou un groupement.
