Le présent marché a pour objet "la fourniture de vêtements de représentation, costumes, tailleurs, pour les besoins de la ville de Lille et des communes associées Lomme et Hellemmes" La présente consultation est passée par appel d'offres ouvert conformément aux articles R.2124-2 et R.2161-2 à R.2161-5 du Code de la commande publique (CCP). La procédure est à lot unique et fera l'objet d'émission de bons de commande sans montant minimum et avec un montant maximum en application de l'article R. 2162-4 2° du Code de la Commande Publique. L'accord-cadre démarre à la notification pour une durée de 24 mois avec possibilité de le reconduire une fois pour la même durée. Les prix seront révisés dans les conditions fixées dans le CCAP.
