This tender concerns studies and works for the completion and expansion of fiber optic networks in the Manche region. The framework agreement covers construction of telephone and communication lines, as well as related infrastructure and network extension activities. The estimated budget is €5 million.

Suppliers must be capable of performing fiber optic network engineering studies and construction works. Experience in network infrastructure development, project management, and compliance with French telecommunications standards is required.
