Il s'agit d'un marché public passé sous la forme d'un Accord-Cadre à marchés subséquents (avec montant maximum et sans montant minimum), relatif à l’exécution de services de transport d'élèves, pour les 2 lots suivants : - Lot n°01 : Transport d’élèves d'écoles primaires du territoire de la CCVSCentre, à destination d'un équipement sportif - Lot n°02 : Transport d’élèves relevant du secteur communautaire, à destination d'un collège du territoire de la CCVSCentre Chaque établissement ou lieu desservi (équipement sportif pour le lot n°1 et collège pour le lot n°2) peut donner lieu à la conclusion d'au moins un marché subséquent. Le montant total de l'ensemble des marchés subséquents, pour chaque lot, ne pourra en aucun cas dépasser le montant maximum : - Pour le lot n°1 de 300 000 € HT sur 4 ans environ (durée de l’accord-cadre) - Pour le lot n°2 de 600 000 € HT sur 4 ans environ (durée de l’accord-cadre) Ainsi, le montant total des lots sur la durée maximale de l’accord-cadre ne pourra en aucun cas dépasser le montant maximum de 900 000 € HT sur la durée maximale de 4 ans environ.
