Dans le cadre de l'aménagement des parcs d'activités et des quartiers d'habitation, l'ARC réalise les VRD de ces zones ou lotissements permettant ainsi la cession de terrains viabilisés. En parallèle et de façon permanente, l'ARC réalise des travaux en matière de réseaux, de branchements et de VRD dans le cadre de ses obligations (assainissement, eau potable..) Compte tenu des besoins ponctuels, le présent marché prend la forme d'un accord-cadre à bons de commandes, divisé en 5 lots. Cet accord-cadre fixe toutes les conditions d'exécution des prestations, il est exécuté au fur et à mesure de l'émission de bons de commande émis par le pouvoir adjudicateur. La description complète des prestations, objet de l’accord-cadre, est indiquée dans le bordereau des prix unitaires du lot concerné ainsi que dans le cahier des clauses techniques particulières du lot concerné.
