Le présent marché porte sur la fourniture et pose de colombarium pour les cimetières de Lille et ses communes associées de Lomme et Hellemmes, et sur la fourniture et livraison de colombarium en KIT pour les cimetières de Lille. La consultation est passée selon une procédure d'appel d'offres ouvert, conformément aux articles R2124-2 1° et R2161-2 à R2161-5 du Code de la commande publique. Le marché se compose de 4 lots, tels que définis au règlement de la consultation. En application de l'article R2162-4 2°du CCP, chaque lot donnera lieu à la conclusion d'un accord-cadre mono-attributaire à émission de bons de commande, sans montant minimum et avec un montant maximum, tel que défini au règlement de la consultation. Pour tous les lots, la durée maximale du marché, reconduction comprise, est de 4 ans à compter de sa notification.
