L'accord-cadre sera exécuté par l'émission de bons de commande. La description des prestations est détaillée dans le Cahier des Clauses Techniques Particulières (CCTP). Les prestations seront rémunérées par application aux quantités réellement exécutées des prix unitaires fixés dans le bordereau des prix. A titre indicatif et non contractuel, l'estimation de l'accord cadre est de 1 000 000 euros HT par an pour l'ensemble des lots. L'accord-cadre est conclu pour une période initiale de 1 an à compter de la date de notification du contrat (la date indiquée dans le présent avis est donnée à titre indicatif), renouvelable deux fois par période annuelle successive. La durée maximale du contrat,toutes périodes confondues, est de 3 ans. Cet accord-cadre est conclu pour un groupement de commande dont le coordonnateur est Coeur d'Essonne Agglomération qui assure la passation du présent accord- cadre. Les membres du groupement, qui assurent chacun pour leur part, l'exécution de leurs besoins, sont les suivants : Régie publique Eau Coeur d'Essonne et Coeur d'Essonne Agglomération
