Cet équipement permettra de renforcer les activités ci-dessus et d’ouvrir de nouvelles perspectives de recherche : • Analyse des bactéries et des biofilms ; • Analyse de fluorescence et transmission/réflexion optique simultanément pour enrichir les informations d’analyses in-situ/in-opérande avec les mesures électrochimiques ; • Couplage avec la microscopie électrochimique et/ou les sondes à gel, afin de corréler les mesures électrochimiques et morphologies à l’échelle micrométrique et submicrométrique Cet équipement pourra être proposé neuf (offre de base) ou d’occasion (variante) avec une ancienneté maximale de cinq (5) ans. Toutefois, le système d’imagerie confocal, les objectifs, les filtres et la platine piézo XY devront être neufs.
