Maintenance des installations thermiques et aérauliques des Hôpitaux Urbains du CHRU de Nancy : - Hôpital Central ; - Maternité Régionale Universitaire ; - Hôpital Saint Julien ; - Unité de Soins de Longue Durée (USLD) Saint Stanislas ; - Hôpital Saint Julien. Le marché est conclu pour une durée de 7 ans. La durée d'exécution des prestations visées est fixée du 01/04/2027 au 31/03/2034. Le marché comporte une clause de réexamen qui a pour objet d'encadrer les futurs retraits de son périmètre de locaux techniques et/ou de bâtiments en arrêt d’exploitation du fait du transfert progressif prévisionnel de l’activité dans le Nouvel Hôpital de Nancy (NHN) sur le site de Brabois (à Vandoeuvre-les-Nancy) entre 2030 et 2035.
