La présente consultation a pour objet de confier à un exploitant la maintenance et l’exploitation des installations thermiques et aérauliques de la collectivité. Par installations, on entend : - les installations thermiques et aérauliques en vue d’assurer la production de chauffage et d’Eau Chaude Sanitaire (ECS), - les installations de traitement d’Air, de Climatisation et de Ventilation Mécanique Contrôlée (VMC). Le présent marché est établi avec une partie forfaitaire (DPGF) et une partie en accord-cadre (BPU). Partie accord-cadre : L’exploitant aura à sa charge la maintenance corrective des installations de la collectivité via la fourniture et le remplacement de pièces de rechange à la demande. Dans le BPU, l’exploitant devra aussi indiquer son taux horaire pour un accompagnement lors des visites par des organismes agréés. La consistance des prestations est développée dans le CCTP. Les candidats ne sont autorisés à y apporter ni complément ni modification.
