Les travaux concernent : La réhabilitation des deux bâtiments existants et de leurs liaisons· La refonte complète des aménagements intérieurs,· L'amélioration énergétique, L'adaptation aux nouveaux usages (travail hybride, accueil partenaires). Les travaux seront réalisés en site non occupé, par phasage alterné.
