L'Université de Rouen Normandie souhaite engager un marché de travaux pour la construction d'une nouvelle bibliothèque universitaire sur le campus de Mont-Saint-Aignan. Ce bâtiment, conçu avec une structure mixte par voiles béton à RdC et poteaux-poutres bois sur les étages avec planchers mixtes bois-béton et une façade en MOB/paille ainsi que des systèmes très performants, a pour objectif la labellisation PassivHaus. Il vise également le niveau E2C2 du label E+C. Il se déploie sur 6 670 m2 de surfaces utiles. (SRE d'environ 8 890m²) réparties sur 3 niveaux et un attique dédié aux locaux techniques. Le taux de couverture des toitures en panneaux photovoltaïques est fixé à 50%. Les objectifs principaux de cette nouvelle bibliothèque sont : - Un bâtiment connecté et équipé des technologies numériques nécessaires (WIFI, Vidéo projection, visioconférences, consultation de documents sous formats numériques...) - La mise à disposition de 30 Salles de travail de groupe de capacités diverses (de 2 à 8 personnes) - La présence de salles de réunion / formation modulables permettant la mise en œuvre des nouvelles pratiques pédagogiques - Des espaces de consultation permettant, par leur agencement, le travail individuel aussi bien que le travail en petits groupes autonomes ou encadrés - Une ouverture à un large public (étudiants, enseignants, chercheurs, personnel, habitants de la ville, ...) - L'intégration d'une cafétéria qui sera gérée par le CROUS permettant de créer un véritable lieu de vie au sein du bâtiment et du campus
