Le présent accord-cadre a pour objet les prestations d’entretien des installations de sécurité incendie sur tout le patrimoine de Plaine Commune Habitat. L’accord cadre est alloti, et est décomposé en deux lots au total. Chacun des lots fera l’objet d’un accord-cadre séparé. Chaque candidat a la possibilité de répondre à un ou plusieurs lots. Il devra présenter un dossier complet pour chaque lot. Cependant, un même candidat ne pourra se voir attribué qu’un seul lot.A défaut d’offre pour le lot no2, l’attributaire du lot no1 ayant remis une offre valide pour le lot no2, pourra se voir attribuer les 2 lots. Aucune variante obligatoire n’est imposée au titre des lots N°1 et N°2 du présent accord-cadre. La présentation de variantes libres n’est pas autorisée au titre des lots N°1 et N°2. Les lots N°1 et N°2 ne sont pas décomposés en tranches. Les deux lots sont traités à prix mixte, pour partie à prix global et forfaitaire, et pour partie à bons de commande.
