Le marché a pour objet la fourniture de produits et dispositifs pour nutrition pédiatrique pour le Groupement Hospitalier Universitaire de Champagne dont les établissements parties bénéficiaires sont : le CHU de Reims, le CH Auban Moët d'Epernay et le CH Léon Bourgeois de Châlons-en-Champagne. Le présent marché prend la forme d’un accord cadre à bons de commande au sens du 2e alinéa de l’article R.2162-2 du Code de la commande publique, lequel est exécuté par l’émission de bons de commandes successifs dans les conditions prévues aux articles R.2162-13 et R.2162-14 du Code de la commande publique. L'accord-cadre est mono-attributaire et conclu sans minimum avec avec un maximum. Les quantités estimatives annuelles sont fixées dans l'état récapitulatif des besoins annexé au Cahier des Clauses Techniques Particulières (annexe n° 1 au CCTP). Le montant annuel maximum ne pourra excéder 300 % du montant déterminé par l'application des prix unitaires aux quantités estimatives. Le marché est divisé en 228 lots détaillés dans l'état récapitulatif des besoins (annexe n° 1 au CCTP) qui est en accès libre sur le site https://www.marches-publics.gouv.fr.
