Le présent accord-cadre est issu d’un appel d’offres ouvert, en application des articles R. 2161-2 à R. 2161-5 du code de la commande publique. L’accord-cadre a pour objet la fabrication de matériels cynotechniques spécifiques sur mesure. Tous les matériels cynotechniques spécifiques sur mesure à fournir ont vocation à être utilisés dans le cadre de l’éducation et de l’entraînement opérationnels des chiens de travail des forces armées. Il est mono-attributaire, sans montant minimum et avec un montant maximum fixé à 600 000 € HT. Il sera exécuté par l’émission de bons de commande conformément aux articles R. 2162-13 et R. 2162-14 du code de la commande publique.
