Le présent marché a pour objet la fourniture, l'installation et la mise en service des caméras de détection de la qualité du tri en temps réel, des déchets déposés dans les bennes à ordures ménagères et tri du parc de véhicules des régies de la Métropole TPM afin d'améliorer le contrôle du tri des déchets. Il contient 1 tranche ferme et 3 tranches optionnelles. Le marché est conclu pour une durée de 4 ans ferme à compter de sa date de notification, le délai global prévu pour l'exécution de l'ensemble des prestations, toutes tranches confondues, est de 4 ans ferme en cas de recouvrement des tranches dans le temps.
