Les services de maintenance concernent un lot unique et feront l'objet d'un accord-cadre à émission de bons de commande sans montant minimum et avec un montant maximum en application de l'article R.2162-4 2° du Code de la Commande Publique.Le présent accord-cadre concerne la maintenance de la station GNC du CTM pour les besoins de la Ville de Lille et ses communes associées. Les prestations sont décrites dans les pièces de la consultation. L'accord-cadre est passé sur une durée de 12 mois reconductible trois fois tacitement sur la même durée sans que l'accord puisse dépasser 48 mois. Les prix seront révisables dans les conditions prévues au CCP.
