Le présent accord-cadre a pour objet la mise en page, prépresse, impression et distribution de magazines dont le magazine "Gard info" du Conseil départemental du Gard. L'accord-cadre sera exécuté par l'émission de bons de commande. Chaque lot fera l'objet d'un accord-cadre. Le ou les lots suivants seront passés selon une procédure distincte de la présente consultation, conformément aux dispositions des articles L. 2122-1 et R. 2122-8 ou L. 2123-1 et R. 2123-1 2° du Code de la commande publique : Lot n°04: ILLUSTRATION Lot n°05: TRANSCRIPTION EN FICHIER FORMAT DAISY Les prestations sont réglées par des prix unitaires. Le pouvoir adjudicateur ne souhaite imposer aucune forme de groupement à l'attributaire de l'accord-cadre. Les candidats ont la possibilité de soumettre des offres pour tous les lots. Cette consultation comporte des clauses à caractère environnemental dont le détail est indiqué dans le RC, CCAP et CCTP. Les estimations sont présentées toutes périodes confondues. Les dates de début des prestations indiquées (du 01/02/2027 au 01/02/2028) sont prévisionnelles (cf. article 6.1 du CCAP)
