- QualityLa valeur technique, notée sur 100 points, sera analysée de la manière suivante à partir du mémoire justificatif fourni par les candidats qui décrira obligatoirement : 1. Taux de couverture du réseau d'accepteurs (national et zone d'implantation du MO.CO.) : 35% 2. Qualité du service client, réactivité et interlocuteur dédié : 25% 3.
