L’Agence nationale des techniques d'enquêtes numériques judiciaires (ANTENJ) pilote les outils régaliens mis en œuvre en matière d’interceptions de communications électroniques et autres techniques numériques d’enquête. À ce titre, elle met à disposition des magistrats et enquêteurs plusieurs outils informatiques composant le Système d’information des techniques d’enquêtes numériques judiciaires (SITENJ). Dans ce cadre, la présente procédure a pour objet la mise à disposition, par un éditeur de solution standard du marché, d'une solution permettant de surveiller activement l’utilisation illicite éventuelle dans l’espace numérique de données issues du SITENJ qui, en grande majorité, sont strictement soumises au secret de l’enquête ou de l’instruction.
