Le présent contrat a pour objet le maintien en bon état de fonctionnement des installations électriques des logements et immeubles appartenant à Habitats de Haute-Alsace, par la réalisation d'interventions préventives, correctives et de remplacement des équipements défectueux ou obsolètes. Les prestations comprennent notamment les interventions relatives aux installations électriques des logements et des parties communes, aux équipements d'éclairage, aux tableaux électriques, aux appareils de chauffage électrique, aux équipements de contrôle d'accès, d'interphonie, aux installations de ventilation ainsi qu'aux équipements électriques divers. Les prestations sont susceptibles d'être réalisées dans des bâtiments pouvant comporter des matériaux ou produits contenant de l'amiante ou du plomb. Les candidats devront disposer des qualifications, formations et moyens nécessaires pour intervenir dans le respect de la réglementation applicable à ces risques.
