Accord-cadre à bons de commande mono-attributaire, sans montant minimum et avec un montant maximum de 70 000 € HT par période, portant sur la mise à disposition d'articles de presse dématérialisés et d'un outil de veille de la presse nationale, régionale, locale et spécialisée, permettant la réalisation quotidienne (jours ouvrés) de panoramas de presse diffusés aux agents et aux élus du Département, ainsi que la fourniture d'articles et de dossiers de presse à la demande. Usage exclusivement interne. Durée initiale de 12 mois à compter du 1er janvier 2027, reconductible tacitement trois fois par périodes de 12 mois, sans excéder 4 ans, soit 280 000 € HT au maximum sur la durée totale.
