La présente consultation a pour objet d’accompagner la Ville de Nîmes dans la réalisation d’une étude d’opportunité, de faisabilité et de définition d’une stratégie de déploiement d’installations photovoltaïques sur les toitures de ses bâtiments scolaires. La mission se déroule en deux temps : une pré-analyse homogène de l’ensemble des 65 bâtiments scolaires débouchant sur un classement multicritère de sélection, puis une étude de faisabilité approfondie, conduite bâtiment par bâtiment, sur les seuls bâtiments retenus au vu de ce classement. Elle s’achève par une synthèse et une feuille de route opérationnelle de déploiement. Le présent marché n'est pas alloti conformément aux motifs indiqués au règlement de la consultation, accessible dans le dossier de la consultation.
