Le périmètre couvre tous les canaux de distribution groupes : - Un site web permettant aux clients de gérer leurs demandes en autonomie, - Un portail dédié aux agents de l’AGS et aux clients organismes Le dispositif intègre également : - La facturation, les paiements et remboursements, - L’intégration avec l’écosystème SI SNCF. L’objectif est de proposer une solution performante, sécurisée, scalable, adaptée aux contraintes du segment groupes, notamment les événements et fortes charges (ouvertures des ventes).
LOT 2 - Outil de distribution de l'Offre Groupes par des canaux indirects (DDTE)
Le périmètre couvre une offre de base (portail B2B) et deux prestations complémentaires facultatives (PSE) : - PSE FAC Agences en ligne (OLTA) : portail B2C pour les agences en ligne - PSE FAC Agences Européennes : gestion étendue dans le portail B2B pour les agences hors France.
