Le marché porte sur l'ensemble du périmètre d'étude du PPA Sainte Marie-Massillon. - Procédure de passation Décomposition des missions du maître d'oeuvre La procédure retenue est la procédure avec négociation - Forme de l'accord-cadre (Cf. art 2.4 du règlement d'appel public à la candidature) La réalisation des prestations donnera lieu à un accord-cadre mono attributaire de maîtrise d'oeuvre urbaine d'un montant maximum de 1 000 000 euros HT.
