Il assure la passation des marchés, de leurs avenants et leurs résiliations conformément aux dispositions du Code de la commande publique. La résiliation du présent marché relève exclusivement de la compétence de l'Établissement support du GHT. Les établissements parties fournissent à l'Établissement support tout élément nécessaire à l'exercice de cette compétence. Le CHU de La Réunion, établissement support du GHT de La Réunion assure la passation des marchés et de leurs avenants pour son propre compte ainsi qu'au profit du Centre Hospitalier Ouest Réunion, de l'Établissement public de santé mentale de La Réunion et du Groupe Hospitalier Est Réunion. Les établissements parties au groupement hospitalier de territoire assurent l'exécution de ces marchés conformément aux dispositions du Code de la commande publique
