Elles seront confiées à un ou plusieurs fournisseurs sous forme d'accord-cadre à bons de commande mono attributaire avec montant maximum et sans remise en compétition lors de l'attribution des bons de commande, en application de l’article R2162-2 alinéa 2 et R2162-13 à R2162-14 du code de la commande publique.
