Marché de pilote OPC (Ordonnancement, Pilotage et Coordination) dans le cadre du projet de construction du nouveau pôle éducatif Descartes : Démolition du groupe scolaire Descartes/Ru de Montfort et de maison de la petite enfance Pom’Cannelle, et construction d’un pôle éducatif
L’accord-cadre court à compter de la notification du marché au titulaire jusqu’à la fin de la durée de parfait achèvement des travaux ou de la levée de la dernière réserve si postérieure. La durée prévisionnelle globale de la mission est de 4 ans. Il est traité à prix mixtes, avec une part forfaitaire pour les besoins connus et une part à bons de commande pour d’éventuels besoins supplémentaires. La partie forfaire est estimé à 250 000€ HT soit 300 000 € TTC. La partie à bons de commandes est conclu sans minimum, avec un montant maximum de 50 000 HT. L’accord-cadre n’est pas alloti au regard des prestations indissociables. Il n’est pas prévu d’options ni de variantes.
