Le Centre Communal d'Action Sociale (CCAS) de Toulouse est un établissement public administratif autonome. Le présent appel d'offres a pour objet la souscription des contrats d'assurance pour le groupement de commandes constitué entre le CENTRE COMMUNAL D'ACTION SOCIALE (CCAS) DE TOULOUSE et le CENTRE TOULOUSAIN DES MAISONS DE RETRAITE (CTMR). Dans un objectif de mutualisation des compétences et d'optimisation du budget, il a été décidé de constituer un groupement de commandes en application des dispositions du code de la Commande publique, approuvé par tous les organes exécutifs de tous les membres du groupement. L'accord-cadre s'exécute dans le cadre d'un groupement de commandes conformément aux articles L.2113-6 à L.2113-8 du Code de la commande publique avec l'organisme suivant : - Centre Toulousain des Maisons de Retraite (CTMR) Le coordonnateur du groupement de commandes est : Centre Communal d'Action Sociale (CCAS) de Toulouse. Il a en charge la passation, la signature, la notification et l'exécution de l'accord-cadre au nom de l'ensemble des membres du groupement.
