L'accord-cadre sera exécuté par l'émission de bons de commande. Chaque lot fera l'objet d'une attribution séparée. Les prestations sont réglées par des prix unitaires. La Ville de Liévin souhaite poursuivre le développement du dispositif de vidéoprotection visant à dissuader les comportements déviants et en identifier les auteurs le cas échéant. Le système devra permettre la visualisation en temps réel dans l'objectif de raccourcir la chaîne d'intervention. Ce dispositif est destiné à une relecture dans une salle dédiée au sein du Poste de Police Municipale, avec la possibilité de visionner en temps réel sur évènement exceptionnel. Pour la durée il faut lire : l'exécution des prestations débute au plus tôt le 27 avril 2026 ou au plus tard à la date de notification du contrat jusqu'au 31/12/2026
