Dans le cas où la notification ne pourrait intervenir à la date du 1er mai 2026, la prise d'effet de l'accord-cadre serait alors fixée à la date de notification de celui-ci au Titulaire. L'accord-cadre se reconduit tacitement annuellement au maximum 3 fois par période de 1 année(s) (en cas de reconduction, le Titulaire de l'accord-cadre ne peut s'y opposer) sauf dénonciation 6 (six) mois avant l'échéance par courrier recommandé avec accusé de réception.
