La présente procédure a pour objet la passation d’accord-cadre de travaux d’entretien pour la relance du lot protection solaire des bâtiments municipaux. Il s'agit d'une relance consécutive à une declaration sans suite pour le lot protection solaire La relance ne concerne que le lot n°13 "Protection solaire" inclus dans un précédente procédure l'ensemble des autres lots de cette procédure ont fait l'objet d'une attribution Dans le cadre de cette consultation, la Ville de Nîmes agit en tant que pouvoir adjudicateur.
Protection solaire (Relance)
La présente procédure a pour objet la passation d’accord-cadre de travaux d’entretien pour la relance du lot protection solaire des bâtiments municipaux. Le présent marché est conclu pour une période initiale dont la durée commence à sa date de notification et s’achève à l'issue de 12 mois. Ce contrat est reconductible 3 fois pour des durées identiques (12 mois) L'ensemble des prestations sera rémunéré par application des prix unitaires aux quantités réellement exécutées Les prestations font l’objet d’un accord-cadre donnant lieu à l’émission de bons de commande, passé en application des articles L2125-1-1°, R2162-1 à R2162-6, R2162-13 et R2162-14 du Code de la commande publique. En application de l’article R2162-4-1° du même code, il est conclu, sans montant minimum et un montant maximum en valeur. L’exécution des prestations n’est pas fractionnée en phases.
